Customer Support Plastic

Tradeasia’s regular business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+7. If you need support outside of these hours, please call our main support line at contact@chemtradeasia.com or (+62) 877-6100-1633. One of our after-hours managers will review your message and get back to you as soon as possible. Be sure to include a brief explanation of your issue and the best way to reach you. If your inquiry isn’t urgent, our team will follow up with you during the next business day.

If you require assistance outside of our standard business hours, you can still call us at contact@chemtradeasia.com or (+62) 877-6100-1633. While our team may not be immediately available, an after-hours manager will return your call as soon as possible. Please leave a clear message with your concern and contact details. Non-urgent matters will be addressed promptly the next business day.

The cost of an expedited shipment depends on several factors, including the shipment type, origin, and order size. Once you connect with a Tradeasia representative, they will inform you of any additional fees before processing your urgent order.

For urgent product-related questions or safety concerns, please contact Chemtradeasia’s support team at contact@chemtradeasia.com or (+62) 877-6100-1633.

Chemical emergencies include safety hazards, spills, unexpected reactions, exposure incidents, transportation accidents, or any situation where immediate technical guidance is needed to ensure personnel safety or prevent environmental damage.

Please have the following information ready: product name and batch number, nature of the emergency, location, personnel involved, immediate safety measures taken, and any relevant safety data sheet information. This helps our team provide the most effective assistance.

While our emergency contact is primarily for safety-critical situations, we understand that urgent business needs may arise. For non-safety urgent matters, we recommend first trying our customer service email contact@chemtradeasia.com or (+62) 877-6100-1633 for faster resolution.

Following any emergency incident, our technical team provides comprehensive follow-up support including incident analysis, safety recommendations, documentation assistance, and coordination with relevant authorities. We ensure complete resolution and help prevent similar incidents in the future.
